Turkey with garden herbs, ricotta cream and roasted apricots, crispy capers bread crumbs
FIRST COURSE
Risotto with baked aubergine cream, roasted cherry tomato sauce, goat cheese cream and aubergine peel powder
SECOND DISH
Guinea fowl on the spit with sweet and sour peaches and caponatina of vegetables from our garden

Iced strawberry biscuit and basil cream sauce
