On Saturday 18 March, Cornolaro Colli Euganei Rosso DOC Riserva will be the star of our themed dinner. A red wine that tells the whole story of our Euganean Hills territory.
Merlot 60% and Cabernet 40% play a winning game together. Wearing an intense ruby red dress, the nose is rich in sensations of ripe fruit complemented by subtle spicy tones. On the palate it shows abundant and persistent backbone, roundness graced by sweet tannins, freshness supported by an unintimidating acidity. It closes with a pleasant sensation of vanilla and caramel.
